Refund Policy
All Paint & Memories artwork is created individually and made specifically for each order. For this reason, returns and refunds are generally not available once work on your artwork has begun.
Every piece is produced using the photo or photos you provide, through a creative process that may include digital tools and AI-assisted techniques. Because of this, each artwork is unique and cannot be resold or reused.
If you are unhappy with your completed artwork, please contact us. While refunds are not guaranteed, we genuinely want you to be happy with your order and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATIONS
Digital artwork
Digital artwork enters production shortly after purchase. Once production has started, digital orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Printed and canvas artwork
Orders for physical products such as fine art prints or canvas artwork may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided printing or production has not yet commenced.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

REVISIONS & QUALITY EXPECTATION
Your artwork is created based on the image or images you upload when placing your order.
Please be aware that:
- Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos produce the best results
- Blurry, low-resolution, poorly lit, or heavily cropped images may limit the final outcome
- The quality of the final artwork is directly influenced by the quality of the photo provided
You may include notes or preferences with your order, and we will make reasonable efforts to consider them. However, certain changes may not be possible, including major alterations to pose, facial expression, or features not present in the original photo.
Small refinements, such as minor colour adjustments, may be offered at our discretion.
Because each artwork is created through a subjective and creative process, refunds are not available for changes of mind or personal aesthetic preferences once production has begun.
INCORRECT OF FAULTY ORDERS
If there is an issue with your order, including:
- Receiving the incorrect artwork
- Receiving the wrong size or file format
- A digital file that cannot be opened or used
- A printed or canvas artwork that arrives damaged or defective
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
DIGITAL & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Paint & Memories offers both digital files and custom physical products, including fine art prints and canvas artwork.
All items are produced to order using the photos you submit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a personalised product that enters production shortly after checkout. As a result, refunds are not available once production has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier providers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility for physical products transfers once the order has been dispatched, except where consumer protection laws apply.
EXAMPLE IMAGES
Images displayed on our website are created from high-quality, carefully selected source photos.
Your final result may differ depending on the quality of the photo you provide. We cannot guarantee identical results when lower-quality images are used.
