Help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, using your IP address).

Help us understand which pages, products, and features are most useful so we can improve the experience

HOW WE USE YOUR PHOTOS AND ARTWORK

To create your Paint & Memories, we use the photos and content you upload to:

Generate artwork using design tools and/or AI models.
Allow our team to review, adjust, and prepare files for print or download.
Provide previews and final files to you.

We do not sell your photos or finished artwork to third parties.

We do not use your photos to train external third-party AI models without your consent. If we ever choose to use your images to improve our own internal tools or styles, we will only do so in a way that respects your privacy and, where required, we will ask for your permission.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. For example, we may use:

E-commerce and website platforms (such as Shopify, Webflow, or similar) to power our online store and manage orders.
